Public center is the heart of city or town where people can get social contacts. Commercial center, as one of the most important parts of public center, has been playing an irreplaceable role in functioning in economy, society and culture. Commercial center has been developing in the past of decades and made tremendous progress. However, there are still many problems existing in the planning of commercial center in those small and medium sized towns and villages. The majority can be resolved, mainly by the way of scientific analysis and planning. This Thesis has been written just for some suggestions based on the present conditions as well as a practical research in Chengguan.

The reason why researching on Historic Districts in Settlement is very important is because Settlement is one of the results of Chinese history and the historic districts and buildings are also the witness of history. In this article, at the background of considering the commercialization of historic district in HanKou Settlement as the target, we focus on the protection and regeneration to both of traditional features and historic buildings in Li Huangpi Road which is in Hankou Settlement. Through two respects which are physical environment and social structure, survey and research are going to explain the historic and cultural value of that district. There are four levels from landscape, buildings, district to urban in analysis which is involving and discussing the problems in every level. And we are trying to propose the suggestions of protection and regeneration with interrelated theories in order to achieve the target of protecting the historic district, improving the environment and reproducing the historic features.

A listless minimum zerotree coding algorithm (LMZC) based on the fast lifting wavelet transform (FLWT) with lower memory requirement and higher compression performance is presented in this paper. Most state-of-the-art image compression techniques based on wavelet coefficients, such as EZW and SPIHT, exploit the dependency between the subbands in a wavelet transformed image. We propose a minimum zerotree of wavelet coefficients which exploits the depdnenct not only between the coarser and the finer subbands but also within the lowest frequency subband. And a new listless significance map coding algorithm based on the minimum zerotree, using new flag maps and new scanning order different f rom Wen-Kuo Lin et al.'s LZC, is also proposed. A comparison reveals that the PSNR results of LMZC are higher than those of LZC, and the compression performance of LMZC outperforms that of SPIHT in term of hard implementation.

Hyperspectral (HS) pansharpening aims at fusing a panchromatic (PAN) image with a hyperspectral image, generating an image with the high spatial resolution of the former and the high spectral resolution of the latter. Recently, in order to enhance this process, researches have combined hyperspectral unmixing with the HS fusion model, improving the fusion results . In this combined model , endmember subspace extraction is a crucial step. Traditionally, VCA and SVD are used for subspace extraction, but VCA extracts pixels in the HS image that contain impure material signatures. In this work, we use the sparse unmixing technique to extract the endmember subspace which contains pure material signatures, which may better represent the HS image. We combine sparse unmixing-based subspace extraction with the bayesian fusion model. Results indicate that the fusion algorithm using our subspace extraction method had better global performance.

In this paper, a high PSRR bandgap voltage reference (BGR) is designed for DC-DC converter by adopting pre-regulator technique. The designed BGR is analyzed and simulated in CSMC 0.5µm CMOS mixed signal process. When temperature is in the range from −30°C to 75°C, the temperature coefficient of the BGR output voltage Vref is only 19ppm/°C. Vref has only deviation of 0.29mV when power supply voltage VDD changes from 2.5V to 9V. By adopting pre-regulator technique, the PSRR of the designed BGR output voltage Vref at 10Hz, 100Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz and 100kHz achieves −98.41dB, −98.38dB, −96.28dB, −78.24dB and −43.39dB respectively.
